Shipping Policy

Mynailproducts.com deliver our products to 19 countries* (mainly to the US and Canada). After placing your orders in the shopping cart, our system will calculate the shipping fees required. We currently provide two types of shipments, air and surface mail that will be delivered by the post office controlled by the local government. Let us explain why we chose those as our shipping methods:

- Safe and dependable mailing service

- Lower cost for our customers compared to shipping companies (most of our customers are located in US and Canada, it will more to ship with shipping companies)

- Many of our customers order from us in bulk for their business, as a result, they might prefer shipping methods of lower costs

Estimated Turnaround Time:

Products are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. We appreciate our customer¡¦s patience as we need some time to check through and package each product carefully.

Air Mail approx. 1-2 weeks

Surface Mail approx. 4-12 weeks

Express approx. 5-7 days

DHL approx. 3-4 days

Please note that customers are responsible for below country-specific restrictions or charges due to different laws and regulations between countries:

- The postal service might be controlled by the government; therefore, they may have specific restrictions on weight, size, and types of items that can be sent to citizens of that country.

- The tracking capabilities vary by country, as some of them inspect packages before final delivery to the customer, which can affect delivery time.

- Taxes or other charges required to pay by the buyer accordingly to the countries¡¦ laws.

Shipment Tracking

We will send you an email after your product has been shipped. Customers may also call 853-6662-2503 or email us for any inquiries regarding their shipment status.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Mynailproducts.com, our customers can simply exchange any unsatisfied products within 30 days after purchase. The returned product must be in brand new condition to be accepted. We suggest customers to contact us immediately at sales@mynailproducts.com if there is any problem with the products received. We will pay for the return shipping fee only if the fault is on us. Meaning there is a problem with the product or if the product received is not the product ordered. Our customers should let us know if they would like to exchange or refund as soon as possible.

If our customers would like to exchange or refund the product because they changed their mind, we will take back the order and charge a USD 10 restocking fee while the shipping fee is non-refundable.

We will immediately refund full amount after product has been received. Please note that all sales are final and ineligible for a refund after 30 days of purchase, therefore, do inform us by email before shipping back the products.

Amendment Policy

For any changes required after placing an order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we will only make amendments based on our return and exchange policies stated above.
