Shipment Tracking
We will send you an email together with your tracking number after your order has been shipped. Customers may email us for any inquiries regarding their shipment status.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Mynailproducts.com, our customers can simply exchange any unsatisfied products within 30 days after purchase. The returned product must be in brand new condition to be accepted. We suggest customers to contact us immediately at sales@mynailproducts.com if there is any problem with the products received. We will pay for the return shipping fee only if the fault is on us. Meaning there is a problem with the product or if the product received is not the product ordered. Our customers should let us know if they would like to exchange or refund as soon as possible.
We will immediately refund full amount after product has been received. Please note that all sales are final and ineligible for a refund after 30 days of purchase, therefore, do inform us by email before shipping back the products.
Amendment Policy
For any changes required after placing an order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we will only make amendments based on our return and exchange policies stated above.
