Q. How do I pay for the products? Is it secure?

A. We use Paypal to settle all our payments. Credit cards, debit cards can be used and Paypal will be the sole party that gets involved with the settlement. Mynailproducts.com will not have any contact with the sensitive credit card information.

Q. How long does it take for shipping?

A. Air Mail takes approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery to Canada and US. It may take a little longer for shipments to some countries. Surface Mail takes almost 1-2 months for delivery, we only recommend surface mail for bulk orders to save money.

Q. What happens if my package is not recieved?

A. Mynailproducts.com will hold full responsiblity on the products until it reaches our customers. All orders are promised to be fulfilled.

Q. Why are the prices so low?

A. We are able to get products directly for the manufacturers for resell and we have had long term relationships with them in return for great prices.

Q. How do I purchase wholesale?

A. We usually consider orders over 500 USD wholesale orders and we can offer approximately 10% discount. For orders over 1000 USD, we will offer a quotation for the list of products our customer requires as each product maybe discounted differently. The discount may reach up to 25% off for certain products.
